How do we begin working together?
We start with a conversation about the property, your needs and the scope you have in mind. A detailed questionnaire helps organise your preferences before the design work begins.
How long does a design take?
We agree a timeline individually. It depends on the scope and area, the project's complexity and the pace of decisions and approvals at each stage.
Can we work remotely?
Remote collaboration depends on the location, scope and stage of the project. Describe your plans in the form and we can find the right way to work together.
What is the difference between Concept and Comprehensive Design?
Concept Design establishes function, visual direction and furnishings. Comprehensive Design also includes detailed technical documentation and a cost estimate to support implementation.
Can I commission just part of a home or apartment?
We agree the spaces to be designed individually. Tell us which rooms are involved and we will find the best form of collaboration.
How are revisions handled?
The number and scope of revision rounds are agreed for the selected design package. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may be priced separately.
Can I add Design Supervision?
Yes. Design Supervision is available as an extension of Comprehensive Design, with its scope and fee agreed individually.
Do you help choose products and materials?
Yes. A product list is part of both Concept and Comprehensive Design. Consultations in specialist showrooms are also available as an additional service.
